Our fourth Lady Elizabeth vintage is released to the open market in time for Christmas 2021.   The year started with a lovely warm March and April and we then had a decent summer and the quality of the fruit was fantastic.  Harvest was wet (as it ever is!) but the carefully selected hand-harvested fruit was safely away at the beginning of October.

Our distinctive pale salmon colour sits alongside deliciously defined fruit.  It’s the full gamut of citrus to peach with red fruit scintillation.  This wine is built to last and will benefit from extended cork aging, but nonetheless is also delicious right now and displays our trademark soft mousse and gentle acidity.
