Limney Estate 2016
The 2016 newly released, is made from 80% Chardonnay, 12% Pinot Noir and 8% Pinot Meunier. With 5 years maturing in the bottle on lees, it has plenty of yeast character combined with the suprisingly youthful fruit. This is a wine that is delicious now and will develop further over the long term.
