Wonderfully dry in a Cotes du Provence style, a careful blend of hand-picked Madeleine Angevine and Rondo, a deep red grape which affords its pretty pink blush.
Tasting Notes
From year to year, it keeps its distinctive wild strawberry bouquet with white fruit and flowers, but in recent years it’s developed notes of raw sugar and pink grapefruit.
Pairings
Light meats, lamb served pink, duck and charcuterie. Alongside clean spring vegetable dishes, pairs excellently with seafood and seasonal berry desserts.
