Humbleyard NV Sparkling Brut Rosé
Our sparkling NV Brut Rosé is a blend of grapes from the 2012 and 2013 vintages. Made in the traditional method of secondary fermentation resting on their lees for 18 months, aging in bottle, at Wiston Winery, West Sussex, under the guidance of Dermot Sugrue, formerly of Nyetimber.
The Brut Ros is a deliciously unique blend of the classic Pinot Noir and the relatively unknown Cabernet Cortis. It has a quality mousse, an attractive rose colour in appearance with light rose petal and summer fruit aromas. Clean and dry with a good length, this wonderful wine has hints of butterscotch on the palate. Best served chilled.
