Humbleyard NV Sparkling White Cuvée Brut
A blend of Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc grapes from the 2012 and 2013 vintages. This sparkling wine has been made in the traditional method of secondary fermentation resting on their lees for 18 months, aging in bottle, at Wiston Winery, West Sussex, under the guidance of Dermot Sugrue, formerly of Nyetimber.
