JoJo’s sparkling white 2021. Our sparkling white wine is rich and complex with the focus on it being a fine wine first and foremost, a sparkling wine second to that. Chardonnay, Pinot Noir (including some Pinot Meunier) and Pinot Blanc were fermented separately in both French oak and stainless steel.

The colour of this wine shows its oxidative style and hints towards its ageing in neutral French oak vessels. The nose is rich and inviting with notes of apple strudel, white peach and linseed. The broad, well weighted and fruit forward palate is beguiling in many ways. Stewed orchard fruit, toasted sourdough, ripe peach and hints of guava give way to a ripe citrus driven finish. The natural balance of this wine allows for a brut nature style, one that really showcases the purity of the fruit from JoJo’s vineyard in 2021.

Classic Cuvée 2021 –  Chardonnay 48% / Pinot Noir 37% / Pinot Blanc 16%
