The Bacchus Reserve is our newest wine from the gorgeous 2025 harvest. We barrel-aged some of our best Bacchus and what resulted was an exquisite small-batch single varietal wine.

Wine of the Month: Rosé Brut
Elegant & gentle, notes of fresh raspberries and creamy strawberries with a kiss of Victoria Plum and a subtle effervescence
Mark, head of Wine Club, paired it with a Mexican-style pork. The ripe red fruit flavours helped cool the heat from the chilli taco rub and added a touch of elegance. The bubbles muted the heavier texture and richness of the meat making the dish feel elevated with warm smoky undertones. The Pepper and Sweetcorn side brought hints of that fruit-forward style rosé, creating a truly immersive experience. He topped it off with strawberries and cream and the remaining Rosé Brut, proving just how versatile a wine it truly is.
