The World Cup Starts Here
The World Cup is coming to Balfour Winery.
Whether you're cheering from the sofa, the pub, or the vineyard, there's only one way to kick off England's campaign properly: with a glass of sparkling wine in hand.
Meet the sparkling wine that bottled a bit of English sporting history — then topped it off with bubbles.
Created by football royalty Sir Geoff Hurst, cricket legend Ian Botham, and, of course, us, this celebratory fizz pays tribute to the 60th anniversary of England’s iconic 1966 World Cup win and Geoff Hurst’s unforgettable hat-trick in the final.
Crisp, elegant, and made for moment worth celebrating, it’s the perfect bottle for match days, last-minute winners, and every victory in between.
Sir Geoff Hurst Cuvée 66 | £30
We’re also bringing the World Cup to the winery. Before each England group-stage match, enjoy a three-course dinner inspired by the nations England face on their road through the tournament. Each evening begins with a glass of Sir Geoff Hurst Cuvée 66 before our chefs take you on a culinary journey through the competing nations.
Then as kick-off approaches, settle in and watch the England match live alongside fellow fans.
