Seasons of Change at Saffron Grange
We've just finished our 2025 harvest here at Saffron Grange and have been taking a brief moment to catch our breath before diving into a busy season ahead!
Over the coming weeks, you'll find us at a variety of Christmas markets — perfect for picking up a bottle (or two) of something sparkling. Back at the vineyard, our Winter Tours and Tastings will be running through November, with new dates for January and February to be announced soon.
Our vineyard shop will also be open on select Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays throughout November and December — so be sure to check our website for the latest opening times.
We can't wait to welcome you back to Saffron Grange soon—for a glass, a tour, or a browse through our gift shop.
We are excited to announce that for the very first time in Saffron Grange history, we have FIVE, delicious sparkling wines in our range – including two *brand-new* limited edition releases that you may not have had the chance to try yet:
The 2023 Blanc de Gris - 'The Rebel'' and the 2021 late-disgorged Blanc de Blancs.
This mixed case of six offers you the opportunity to try all five of our latest release, premium sparkling wines – perfect as a gift or for anyone who can't decide which sparkling wine to choose! We are excited to announce that there will be one final, delicious Supper Club of the year for a festive Seafood feast with our friends at Saffron Fish Co on Saturday 6 December. These events are always popular, so to give everyone a fair chance in joining us, tickets will go on sale from midday this Saturday, 25 October, via the Experiences page on our website. We hope you can make it!
Harvest 2025
What a harvest it's been! This year's picking season arrived almost four weeks earlier than usual, and our yields were even greater than we'd hoped. The vines certainly kept us on our toes, with ripening times varying across the vineyard - meaning plenty of back-and-forth to make sure every bunch was picked at its peak.
All that effort was well worth it: we're delighted to share that this has been an exceptional vintage. Thanks to one of the driest springs on record, followed by a fantastic summer, the fruit achieved the perfect balance of sugar and acidity.
A huge and heartfelt thank you goes out to our wonderful volunteers, many of whom joined us at a moment's notice with some even returning for several days of picking. Your energy, care, and attention to detail made all the difference allowing us to pick the fruit at the perfect time, and we truly couldn't have done it without you.
Here's to the 2025 vintage — a future favourite that we will be waiting patiently to taste in a few years' time!

Our much-loved 2021 Blanc de Blancs is back — and it's better than ever. This late-disgorged, second batch has been patiently resting for 38 months on the lees. Made from 100% Chardonnay grapes hand-picked in 2021, this new release is refined, elegant, and beautifully balanced — a true expression of Saffron Grange craftsmanship in every glass. Get your hands on a bottle or case of this limited release while you can.
